GARGANTUA BLANC
This wine label is part of the Gargantua line, characterized by products as closely linked to the territory as possible, which have a sense of the Aosta Valley and use local varieties or ancient local vineyards.
To produce a truly typical white wine, in fact, we cultivate and work historic vineyards in the Morgex area. The yields and quantities of grapes vary from year to year, as do the percentages of Prié Blanc, which remains the prevailing component, the true backbone of Gargantua Blanc.
On a regular basis, we make a slight assemblage with other international varieties, mainly Müller or Sauvignon Blanc, which help to make the product softer and more fascinating, without however hiding or altering the characteristics of the Aosta Valley Prié Blanc.
What should I expect while sipping a glass of Gargantua Blanc?
To drink a very typical and uncompromising white wine. You will have to deal with a nice freshness, with a very direct product, with a dry and vertical wine that tells about the Aosta Valley and the mountains.
