SPILLO D'ORO
Spillo d'oro is a gem that means passion, patience and a limited number of bottles. It is a straw wine aged for 2 years in oak barrels. Produced with moldy grapes, it is a very concentrated wine in terms of sugar and extract. It is a unique wine label excellent to pair with chocolate and aged or blue cheese. The name, Spillo d'oro, comes from the namesake plant characterized by an intense bright yellow, which grows on the moraine "La Côte de Gargantua" in Gressan.
