Mon Dadà is one of the wine labels we most appreciated and desired, since it originates from a precise choice: to produce Sauvignon Mont Blanc in the Aosta Valley, where it does not have a controlled designation of origin. We have always been fascinated by this variety and wanted to find out what it could bring to life in our mountain region.
It has been a long journey, of continuous evolution and research, which still carries on. We were confident that we could obtain a very good product, never trivial, and the final result proved us right: today Mon Dadà is one of the most complex and interesting wine labels of our whole white wines collection.
What should I expect while sipping a glass of Mon Dadà?
Certainly, to be impressed, because you will have to deal with something singular, atypical, anything but trivial. If you think you will find the classic Sauvignon that enthusiasts are looking for in Mon Dadà, you are way off, since we did not want to remake something obvious, but rather we wanted to experiment locally. That's why, while sipping Mon Dadà, you will perceive the aromatic notes typical of our region.
